Acceptance of these Terms

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Quanta Pharmaceuticals (“Quanta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time, as described in Section 12. Your continued use of the Site after any change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Use of this website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site and view its content for your own informational and non-commercial use. All other use requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site, its servers, or its networks, including through scraping, crawling, or automated data collection outside of ordinary browsing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems;

It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing on the Site should be read as a recommendation to use any product, or as a claim that any product is safe or effective for any particular person or purpose.

Product information & availability

We take care to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Formulations, presentations, and the product range may change without notice.

Listing a product on the Site is not an offer to sell it, and not all products are available in all regions. Availability depends on local law and regulatory status, and some products may not be available to you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are located.

Product verification

Genuine Quanta products carry a holographic seal and a unique one-time code that can be checked through our verification portal. The portal is provided to help you confirm that a product left our lab as labelled.

A verification result reflects the information recorded against a code at the time of the check and is provided for guidance only; it does not by itself constitute a warranty of any product's condition on receipt. You agree not to copy, reproduce, tamper with, or attempt to forge any seal, code, or verification result, and not to probe or interfere with the verification service.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, product renders, photography, the Quanta name and logo, the holographic foil identity, and the underlying design and code — are owned by or licensed to Quanta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our prior written consent. All trademarks, logos, and brand features shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

Your submissions

If you contact us through the Site — for example, using our contact form — you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send. Please do not submit any confidential information, and do not send us sensitive health information about yourself or others.

Except for personal data, which we handle in line with our Privacy Policy, any material you send us that is not personal data is treated as non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you and improving our services.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to websites operated by others, including partners and third-party shops. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quanta is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
