Ipamorelin 10mg
A selective GHRP pentapeptide studied for growth hormone release with minimal cortisol or appetite effects.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide ghrelin mimetic in the GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) class, studied for stimulating growth hormone release via the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It is frequently paired with a GHRH analogue such as CJC-1295 in research protocols targeting amplified GH release. The original 1998 characterisation study (Raun et al.) described it as the first GHRP-class secretagogue with GH selectivity comparable to GHRH itself: ACTH and cortisol were not significantly elevated even at doses over 200 times the amount needed for half-maximal GH release, and prolactin, FSH, LH, and TSH were unaffected — a selectivity profile that set it apart from earlier-generation GHRPs like GHRP-6. Each vial is supplied at 10mg.

Research Benefits
- Selective GH release — The founding 1998 study found no significant cortisol or ACTH elevation even at 200x the GH-releasing dose.
- No effect on other pituitary hormones — Prolactin, FSH, LH, and TSH remain unaffected, unlike earlier GHRPs such as GHRP-6.
- GHRH stack synergy — Frequently paired with GHRH analogues like CJC-1295, which act on a separate receptor to amplify GH release.
- Muscle preservation research — Investigated in body-composition and anti-ageing protocols.
How It Works
Because it acts on a different receptor than GHRH analogues (which act on the GHRH receptor rather than the ghrelin receptor), Ipamorelin is commonly studied in combination with compounds like CJC-1295, where the two pathways are thought to produce a larger GH pulse together than either alone.
