How It Works

Test 400 blends three testosterone esters of increasing chain length — enanthate, cypionate, and decanoate — each cleaved by esterase enzymes at a different rate after intramuscular injection. The enanthate fraction is liberated first, cypionate follows on a similar but slightly extended timeline, and decanoate sustains release over the following one to two weeks.

As with any testosterone ester, the freed hormone binds androgen receptors to drive nitrogen retention, protein synthesis, and red blood cell production.
